Al- Hilal: We aim to next round

The Technical Director of Sudanese club Al Hilal, Congolese coach Florent Ibengé, confirmed today, Saturday, that his team aims to break the group stage barrier and pass to the next round of the competition.
Addressing a press conference before the match between Al Hilal and its host, Petro Atletico of Angola, Ibengé thanked the club’s management, which exerted huge effort in the exceptional war situation in the country, and provided a preparatory camp and secured salaries for the players.
He revealed the effects of the war, the cessation of the Premier League, and the interruption of national team matches during the days of FIFA. He also confirmed the absence of important elements such as Lilibo, Angoma and Django, influential, but football does not stop with one player absence.
Regarding Al Hilal Group clubs, Florent said, Atletico participated in the final two years ago, Esperance de Tunis needs no introduction, but Tunisian Etoile is a developed team, “and we are working to perform well”.
