The Joint Forces allied with the Sudanese army announced on Wednesday their rejection of any settlement or arrangement that would “create an imbalanced reality equating the legitimate state with an outlawed militia.”
In a statement, the Joint Forces reaffirmed their full and unwavering support for the will of the Sudanese people, who reject any deals or compromises that would legitimize such an imbalance.
The statement praised the clear national stance of the Sudanese government and the armed forces leadership for upholding their legitimate right to defend the nation and confront the “machinery of death and destruction” employed by the RSF with open foreign backing.
The forces stressed that the current battle is one of dignity and survival, not a passing political dispute.
They called on Sudanese citizens at home and abroad to rally around the legitimate institutions of the state, support the army and Joint Forces in this decisive phase, and mobilize all possible means to achieve total victory.
The statement further emphasized the need to continue humanitarian efforts to assist those affected by the war, expose grave human rights violations — including war crimes and acts of genocide — committed by the militia, and to fully cooperate with the International Criminal Court in its ongoing investigations.
The Joint Forces pledged to remain on the frontlines defending Sudan’s unity and territorial integrity, continuing their national and military duty until the militia is defeated and peace and stability are restored across the country.
