Haaland Manchester City Star is threatened with Suspension

An English press report said, Monday, that Norwegian Erling Haaland, the Manchester City star, is threatened with suspension by the English Football Association.
Manchester City tied with its guest Tottenham 3-3, on Sunday, at Etihad Stadium, in the 14th round of the Premier League.
The match witnessed a controversial arbitral decision, to stop Manchester City winger Jack Grealish alone, to call a foul to his colleague Erling Haaland, and not provide the opportunity.
Manchester City players, led by Haaland, strongly protested the referee’s decision,that prevented a very dangerous opportunity in the final minutes, with the score 3-3.
According to the English newspaper “Daily Star”, Haaland is facing a charge of misconduct by the English Federation, due to his anger at referee Simon Hooper.
The newspaper added that the English Federation considered that Haaland reacted inappropriately to the referee, which may expose him to a suspension penalty.
The incident is currently under investigation, and therefore the FA may take a decision regarding the Norwegian star.
Manchester City occupies third place in the English Premier League table, with 30 points, 3 points behind leaders Arsenal, and one point behind runner-up Liverpool.
