The Greater Medani Local Police Department has recovered 245 billion pounds’ worth of stolen and plundered items from Khartoum State.
The authorities have also arrested 12 accused persons known as regular thieves and criminals.
All required legal measures were taken against them in the jurisdiction of the Central Medani Police Department, police said
Police Brigadier General Yousif Al-Awad, Director of the Criminal Department of the Gezira State Police, called on the investigation personnel to be yet more watchful.
