Fluctuation in Foreign Currency Exchange Rates in the Parallel Market

Foreign currency exchange rates against the Sudanese pound fluctuated in the parallel market, with some currencies maintaining their previous levels. While the Egyptian pound recorded a notable increase, the euro and the British pound experienced slight declines.
Currency traders reported that, in Saturday’s trading, the exchange rate of the US dollar stabilized at 2,660 SDG, while the Saudi riyal stood at 709.33 SDG. The exchange rate for the UAE dirham reached 724.79 SDG, while the euro saw a slight decline to 2,742.26 SDG. Similarly, the British pound experienced a minor drop, reaching 3,283.95 SDG.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian pound rose to 52.924 SDG, the Bahraini dinar was recorded at 7,000 SDG, the Qatari riyal at 732.78 SDG, the Omani rial at 6,820.51 SDG, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 8,580.64 SDG.
