As part of preparations to resume operations, Khartoum International Airport will undergo a full inspection on Wednesday by a team of civil aviation authority officials.
The inspection will be overseen by Lt. Gen. Abubakr Al-Siddiq Mohammed Abdullah, Director-General of the Civil Aviation Authority, to ensure the airport meets all international aviation safety and security standards before issuing an official clearance for safe operation.
This step comes as part of urgent measures to guarantee a smooth and secure resumption of flights, serving passengers and ensuring compliance with international aviation requirements.
