Sudan: Stability in Foreign Exchange Rates

The foreign exchange market maintained its recent gains on Tuesday, with foreign currency rates stabilizing at the higher levels reached in recent days.

Currency traders said the U.S. dollar traded at SDG 3,700, while the Saudi riyal stood at SDG 986.666, the UAE dirham at SDG 1,008.17, and the euro at SDG 4,302.325.
The British pound was quoted at SDG 4,868.42, the Egyptian pound at SDG 78.80, and the Bahraini dinar at SDG 9,736.842.
Meanwhile, the Qatari riyal recorded SDG 1,016.483, the Omani riyal SDG 9,700, and the Kuwaiti dinar SDG 11,935.483.
