The joint forces allied with the Sudanese army announced that they had taken control of the Jadeed Al-Sail camp, which was being used as a fortified site for storing military equipment and supplies.
The forces managed to seize an ammunition depot, a truck loaded with food supplies, and military equipment, in addition to two vehicles loaded with weapons. They also destroyed four combat vehicles belonging to the militias.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the joint forces declared that they had pursued the militias to the outskirts of Umm Marahik after clearing northern areas.
In this context, Justice and Equality Movement spokesperson Mohammed Zakaria announced that the joint forces from the north had united with the army and joint forces in El Fasher.
