US’s Blinken to visit Turkey ,Israel and Jordan

US Secretary of State Blinken will visit Turkey for two days following his meeting with Arab counterparts in Amman on Saturday as part of a Middle East tour amid the Gaza war, the State Department said.

In Turkey, Blinken will “underscore the importance of protecting civilian lives in Israel and the Gaza Strip”

Noting that the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that he was breaking off all contact with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu because of Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip.
