Foreign currency prices against the Sudanese pound in the parallel market have varied between increases and decreases, with some remaining stable at their recent peaks, except for the Egyptian pound, which recorded a new decline.
Currency traders stated that the price of the dollar in Thursday’s trading remained stable at 2,660 Sudanese pounds. The Saudi riyal was priced at 709.33 pounds, the UAE dirham at 724.79 pounds, the euro at 2,891.30 pounds, and the British pound at 3,367.08 pounds. The Egyptian pound saw a decline, reaching 52.46 pounds. Meanwhile, the Bahraini dinar was priced at 7,000 pounds, the Qatari riyal at 728.76 pounds, the Omani riyal at 6,820.51 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 8,580.64 pounds.
